It's just as soon as you get into hard mode that they can drop from turtles in the jungle/underground jungle. They have a 6% chance to drop, so it's a bit hard to get. That's why I switched to Terraprisma. At first I farmed with Blade Staff and Greedy Ring for some money on the side, but since the drops were lower than expected (Although with a ton of money made in a short time) I very quickly switched to Terraprisma, which did in fact raise the drop rate of the other items. 1.Seashells are decorative items that can be found in the Ocean biomes.
