Scarab has only small mounts so you NEED Antimatter on it if you want to do damage to anything larger than a destroyer. In my head a Scarab/Monitor fleet would work with a 50/50 split and Monitors would just body-block for Scarabs while they deal damage.The Monitor is a heavy high-survivability frigate.
