Get a Holosun 407k or 507k. 407k's are easy to find well under $200. Even a swampfox sentinel would be better. Don't use that optic and if you ever ccw that firearm, please, for the love of God, do not trust your life on it. Friends don't let friends run Sig Romeo red dots... Get an HS 407 or 507K.

I took the battery out and put a meter to it and it was reading .95v, it should have been around 3v.My suspicion would be the optic isn't fully secured. The battery door, so I could change batteries without re-zeroing is a selling point for a holosun optic imo. First thing I would do is remount the thing, which WILL require a re-zero with the suspicion that it wasn't fully secured, and that opening the battery door caused the optic to move.In terms of battery life, the HS507K claims a longer life span with up to 50,000 hours compared to Romeo Zero’s 20,000+ hours. In absence of that, try this: using the Allen wrench included with the ROMEOZero, screw the mounting screws down until they make firm contact with the housing. Then turn another 3/4 to 1 full turn (270-360 degrees of the wrench).The CR1632 battery is loaded at the bottom, meaning that the Romeo Zero must be removed from the slide to replace and therefore will need to be re-zeroed.
