That’s how I did it. You can’t access TOS unless you specify that you want that platform, other account types don’t work. Thinkorswim now works with certain Schwab accounts!!! - Latest Thinkorswim update gives compatibility to Schwab accounts. - New blue color palette and updated UI. - Some accounts are not able to place trades but will be able to shortly. 24 comments.

TOS isn’t ideal for day trading. It’s charts are certainly the best free option that exist, but the platform clearly doesn’t even make a top 10 list for a day trading platform.
