The questions are too easy and compared to the real deal nothing asked was super helpful (I did like 60 of the questions then stopped) Old nbme is super easy and has different style. Not worth it unless u have enough time and finished Uw nbme cms amboss etc... There's this post that gives you the excel sheet you mentioned, and based on the line of best fit for the NMBE 120 and 87% correct, that would work out to be about a 248! (rounded up from 247.6)
