Lowest I got was 106 after a juice cleanse, but I’ve been stuck at 117 now after gaining some weight back after a rut. I use a scale to weigh my food and i am, nearly everyday, at ~1250. I am 32, 5'3 and about 145lb. I've eating 1000-1200 calories a day since the beginning of January. I had 3 cheat days in between, so the average is pretty ok. During all this time, the scale did not point towards any changes. I don't want to go lower than that, because I don't think it's very healthy to maintain a <1000cal diet.
