Prusa "Organic Supports" are based on this Tree Support 2.0 Fork for Cura btw. (Prusa adds a bit on top to improve them even further) If you're interested and can't wait or are too annoyed by Cura's default Tree supports, you can try them out over there. The GitHub Page also explains the differences to Cura's stock Tree Supports quite well.These are free and open source licenses, and this kind of thing is a textbook example of the benefits of open source software. Cura improves, and those improvements used to improve PrusaSlicer as well. Everyone wins. As long as PrusaSlicer is complying with the terms of the LGPL, they've done nothing wrong.
