Pentair not connecting to wifi
Jul 10, 2020 · So I tried bypassing the wireless entirely and hooking up the Intellitocuh Panel --- protocol adapter -- ethernet -- wifi extender. I'm not getting sign that it's actually connecting to the panel except for the red light on the protocol adapter. So this seems like its not helping. I will probably try putting it back to wireless Have verified systems working via cell phone wifi connections ,2.4 works, Have set up the indoor wireless part , outdoor , right next to antenna, 4 ft from antenna, 10 feet from antenna, with no metal near. I have had this issue in the past. I called pentair and the rep had me use a paper clip and reset the controller that is hard wired to your router. I just held it for a few seconds, everything rebooted and worked. Also reset my router and modem.Good point on the insuring that the WiFi router or WAP is configured to allow the OPs IntelliCenter to connect using 2.4 GHz.
