I received my litter robot 4 today and it worked for 10 mins and not its saying it has a torque fault. I did all the trouble shooting the website recommends (take litter out, reset, clean the track) and it still isn't working. My litter robot 3 recently stopped working. It stops mid cycle and flashes yellow and red lights. The apps says over torque fault.
