I just got a Litter Robot 4 on Saturday the 24th. We have 4 cats. One used it right away, the other three are getting used to it. It seems more than one of them are using it now. But the app shows 0 lbs and no cat weight events. I have hit the reset button, but still nothing. The box is on a hard tile floor, not carpet. Before trying this I read some comments that some people got the sensor to work by putting a bit of cardboard under the front of the LR, this puts more weight and pressure on the middle of the LR where the sensor is located so it does something similar to adjusting the bolt.Try disconnecting the app, installing and run it.
