When I pull both steering clutch levers about half-way, the crawler will stop. If I'm going up hill and pull the right lever, the crawler will slowly turn to the right. I've had electrical issues in the past and I just had the starter rebuilt. After putting the starter back on (what a pain on these dozers). While pushing if I shifted from high to low while under a load the transmission would sometimes not shift it would seem to neutralize, or if it did shift to low it may push for a short time and then stop just like it was shifted to neutral. I have a 450 C dozer. The clutch is on the left floorboard. The brake on the right. It has a 4 speed transmission. The gear selector is on left side armrest outboard. The H-L-R selector is at the same place inbd of the transmission selector.
