The craniums spawn from killing (regular-sized) minotaurs. They have void shields, and they also glow sliver to indicate that they'll drop some craniums. In my experience you will occasionally have to wait around for them to spawn, but in general there are plenty of them. Supernumerary Blitz, more commonly known as the Vex Strike Force/Vex Incursion Event, is a public event which has a low chance to appear within the active Vex Incursion Zone on Neomuna. When you get notified one us happening you could try finding a fireteam and joining them, also there may be a timing issue, if you don't see the notification right awyy you may miss the event, the most warning you can get is 4 minutes before one starts, seeing it after it starts becomes a fame of is someone else doing it when I spawn in, if not ...Question on vex incursion strike force .
