If you are gonna focus on sword attacks Bludgeoner 3 + Mind's Eye 3 is better than Handicraft + Master Touch 3, if you're gonna focus on shield attack Handicraft 2-3 and Speed Sharpening 3 is enough, there's no need to MT3, but in my experience Hi Ninja Sword works better with Bludgeoner with Drill Slash Combo and for Hard Basher Combo there's better choices like Rampage, Tigrex, Diablos or ... And, of course, layered weapons are now a thing so I find it fits well with any of the iron weapons or royal order stuff. Really anything that fits the more "down to earth" vibes of the set. I haven't really ever used Sword and Shield but I decided to put a build together myself because the ninja sword looked pretty damn cool and I've really been enjoying mind's eye/bludgeoner with the Garamorse Insect Glaive.
