You can have as low as 80-90PSI, the key is that all 4 are withing 10% of each other. If you've got one or two cylinders that are way off, you probably have carbon buildups holding your rings down and not allowing compression, or you've got a bad piston/ring/etc. Evinrude 88 SPL J90TLCM8 PTT will not move UP or DOWN. Motor runs. FLUID FULL. Name of the PTT is ARCO. Can only "HAND" move it with the relive valve open. Trim rods do not move at all!! Wife wants to go boating so any help will be thanked !!! Wally .
