Madc2290. Apr 28, 2023 at 1:25 PM. With my first I wasn’t dilated until 1 week past my due date and was induced. At my 36 week appt with this one my OB said I was definitely 1cm. So I’m hopeful I’ll progress nice and slow and naturally as I still got 2 weeks to my due date and wanna get close to that mark . Like.During early labor, the cervix dilates to 3 cm.
