There's a lot of room for leverage there. Ultimately for me, as a dedicated thrallmaster, I just don't see not having 20 in authority. Stygian heavy armor is cheap to make. Only takes chitin, thick leather, and heavy armor padding. With a t4 tempersmith armorer and a +armor kit, my t3+ thralls get ~850 armor. Each piece gives a 3-4% agility damage bonus, so you can mix and match if you want other stat bonuses.For a corrupted Authority build, you could go 15 Agi, 20 Grit with Steel Thewed Perk, 20 Auth and 5 Expertise or 20 Agi and use Carry Capacity+ armour/buff. If you really want to use Strength weapon with an Authority build, my suggestion would be 15 Str, 15 Agi, 20 Vit, and 10 Auth. The reason is, the 3rd perk in Agility is must have.
