With this info, we have pulled together this Fire Emblem Heroes tier list, catered specifically to Arena battles, though each of the characters in this FEH tier list has a lot of utility across all game modes. I managed to get a Y!Hector around 10 summons in and gave Armored Beacon and VF4 to my B!Edelgard. Armored Beacon certainly does help her be a more effective Far Savior unit but having to give up her A-Slot to run a DC skill still does hurt.
