The camshaft for strokers is a whole different set of parameters than a 302. I can't stress it enough, pick the right camshaft. The kit you have picked out is a good, middle of the road stroker kit, very representative of most kits in use today. The only thing is, this is an encroachment kit when in 347 configuration.A 302 stroked to 347 ci has to be thought of as a 350. A 351 stroked to 427 ci has to be thought of as a big-block.
